The house can be booked year round. You can find available dates here.

The minimum stay is 2 days during the summer and 4 days during the winter.
- The house can accommodate up to 24 guests.
- You will receive a confirmation upon payment of your stay.
Price – Summer:
- General price for 8 people: 600 € per night, 2 nights minimum stay
- Any additional person: 35 euros per night
- Extra fees:
- 3.50 € local taxes per person per day (starting from 15 years of age)
- Laundry: 7 € per person per stay
- Cleaning fee of 250 € per stay
Price – Winter:
- General price for 8 people; 700 € per night, minimum stay of 4 nights
- Any additional person; 35 € per night
- Extra fees:
- Local taxes of 3.50 € per person per day (starting from 15 years of age)
- Laundry: 7 € per person per stay
- Cleaning fee of 250 € per stay
Paying for your stay:
Upon booking your stay (or 30 days prior to arrival), we require a deposit of 500 €. The remaining payment is due 14 days prior to your stay. All payments must be made via bank transfer.
If you booked your stay through another online platform, please refer to the platform’s terms and conditions.
Arrival & Departure:
We do not have a reception at the house. You will receive when you arrive at the house. If you’re arriving late at night, we will contact you prior to your stay.
Check-in time is 3pm, checkout time is 10am.

Cancellation & Changes to your stay
Your reservation can be cancelled:
- at no charge up to 60 days prior to your stay
- we charge 50% of the total general price for any cancellations within 30 days of your stay
- we charge 100% or the total general price for any stays cancelled within 14 days of the stay
- For any changes or modifications to your stay, please contact us via email welcome@hausklager.at
